The Valley boasts some of the best climatic conditions in eastern Canada. The region is recognized as the breadbasket of the province, with more than 1,000 farms producing a broad range of fresh and value added products. Eleven globally recognized vineyards with 20 varieties of wine, and several microbreweries are part of the growing agri-tourism sector.
